As a young child, Santos was already greatly interested in music. He moved with his family to New York at age 14, where he continued to develop his musical skills. He joined a band called Los Teenagers with his cousin Anthony, and the group later morphed into Aventura. He also hosted a fictional radio station called San Juan sounds in Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony.
In 2011 Henry debut as solista with the single "Poquito a poquito"
