But to anyone who reads this, how are you? Have you eaten? Drank some water? If not please do so it is very important for your wellbeing. Feeling tired? Let your thoughts drown out, don't be afraid to drift to sleep to let the night consume you. To bring you to a better world.

Don't be shy to cry, everyone needs to once in a while its okay to cry. No one's judging you, its a safe place here don't feel guilty if you cry over nothing or feel as if people go through worse and your tears aren't vaild. They are. You and your tears are valid and its alright to let them fall.

I wish you a safe place to go when times get rough, please remember when your at your lowest there are people who love you, who appreciate you, who need you. You yes you are the reason someone in this god forbidden world wakes up the next day, the reason someone allows themselves to get up for another day to see the sun shine high in the sky. To smile for you, to blink for you, They feel the need to wake up and breathe just to see you.

I wish you a brighter future for you to find the one thing(s) that make you the happiness you've ever been. That you take care of yourself, never think your not worth enough. There is a reason you are who you are today weather it be bad or good you and everyone else has a destiny they must fulfil. An adventure may just begin or may just finish who are we to tell?

Thank you for being here today, if you've read all of it thank you so much. Don't ever change for someone else, if they want to be with you rather it be a friendship or relationship, platonic or romantic they are gonna have to accept you for who you are, they will if they truly love you. Life may get tough at times. And sometimes you think you're never gonna make it, but trust me it might be a hard thing to do since i'm a stranger on the internet but please never give up use the time to learn from it. To help others who are going through the same things, even if you don't get the same comfort back knowing you helped someone might just give you that warm feeling. Feel free to vent whenever you need to its okay to ask for comfort for a welcoming hug even. You don't have to go through any of harsh times alone.

Sorry for rambling on, I wish you the best of luck as we'll probably never see each other again. Make sure to eat, drink and rest please! If not for yourself for those who care about you, i might not know you but i still care for you deeply! I won't be there physically but i'll try for spiritually.

sometimes when iam sad and when i'm angry i'm just getting my headphones and lie down on the chair or the bed and listen to this...after 30 mins (when my device turns off) i just fell sleep and when iam finally awake i'm feeling that i slept 1 day and now iam more relaxed and more fine than yesterday...so if you read bellow there are things that i want t say

The rain really adds to it,the nice sound of rain always makes me smile and want to relax..where I live and grew up is a pretty dry place where it rarely rains,if it does it's either when I'm asleep or it's a loud storm and I'm trying to sleep and the gate near my window being thrashed by the storm makes things worse.
So I usually use these videos and it sounds like it's really raining,it makes me want to huddle in bed with blankets,chocolate,my cats and watch some of my favorite Ghibli movies with a little tv on my nightstand...do you like Ghibli?If so what's your favorite(s)?

Beautiful calming music. I love the sound of rain. I love to hear the water at Niagara Falls, Canada....the mist and dew from the water helps to restore my soul. I just imagined my last Niagara Falls trip in 2018....I was alone... however I had the best time of my life... because I was relaxed....I visited an museum and toured the butterfly consortium. This simple little weekend trip allowed me to relax. I studied and passed my Michigan State Nursing Home State Surveyor exam. I hope everyone who reads this or even sees this video has a wonderful day and may all their curses or darkest moments fade away so that happy memories will take their place and the bad ones remain sitting on a shelf for display so that they never forget them but learn and heal from them instead. If they are going through hard times to have a place to sit and may all their worries slip away as they become calmer and free from the hectic world we live in, even if only for a moment for their day to become brighter and in turn make someone else’s day even brighter than it is right now. (I’m so used to herring these kinds of things at church that I want to put amen but it seems stupid cause it would be as a joke that people wouldn’t get.) but seriously get some rest, eat some food, drink some water, take a shower, remember to breath and always wear your seatbelt, Goodbye for now you guys❤️. I suffer from chronic pain in my lower back and neck due to a car accident a few years back. Because of this relaxing to go to sleep is a luxury for me. While the video cannot relax the muscles it did calm my thoughts. Thank you for making this 💜

Sometimes it's hard to stay strong even when you have to for someone else's sake. But remember it's not bad to fail or to give up, you're only human. If you need a shoulder to cry on I'll give you mine, if you want someone to listen I'll lend you a ear, if you need a hand to reach out too I'm there even if I'm not. Everyone has a bad day every now and then doesn't mean it should stay like that forever. There's always a quite sunny sky at the end of a rainy day, and I'll see you there with a smile on my face. Happy that the bad days are gone so we can make better memories together.
