Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Hidden Wood's song "Sweet Lullaby" evoke imagery of a circus amidst a dark forest. The Japanese lyrics in the first stanza describe the location of the circus ("in the forest deep within the forest") and its impressive appearance ("the circus has a tall, ten meter high gate that leads to large faces"). The performer remarks that while the circus is unusual in appearance, it is also enjoyable ("though its shape is strange, it is a lot of fun").

The second stanza introduces another character: the icy singer. The performer describes a fantastical creature that eats cold objects and is accompanied by a blue animal.
