We honor and worship both God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ.

We recognize the Holy Spirit as the third part of the Trinity.

He is the king of kings, filled with majestic glory and power.

We will praise God forever and give thanks for all that He has done.

God came to foretell the coming of His kingdom.

He came to help us find salvation and bring us back to Him.

To redeem the whole creation
God came to save us and redeem us from our sins, healing the world in the process.

You did not despise the cross
Despite how painful the journey may have been, He never backed down or gave up on us.

For even in Your suffering
Through His pain and struggles, He always sought to help others.

You saw to the other side
He had the foresight and knowledge to know that a brighter tomorrow was on the horizon.

Knowing this was our salvation
He knew that His sacrifice would pave the way for our salvation.

Jesus for our sake You died
He gave His life for us, selflessly and without hesitation.

And the morning that You rose
When Jesus rose from the dead, it brought a new dawn and hope to the world.

All of Heaven held its breath
Even the angels were in awe and wonder at this glorious event.

'Til that stone was moved for good
When the stone blocking the tomb was moved, it represented the defeat of death.

For the Lamb had conquered death
Jesus had defeated death, rising from the grave.

And the dead rose from their tombs
The resurrection of Jesus led to the resurrection of the dead, giving new life and light to all.

And the angels stood in awe
The angels could hardly believe their eyes, full of wonder at the miracle of the resurrection.

For the souls of all who'd come
Those who had faith in Jesus would be saved and brought into heaven.

To the Father are restored
We are able to be in the presence of God once again, thanks to the sacrifice of Jesus.

And the church of Christ was born
The resurrection of Jesus led to the creation of the church, a place for believers to worship and gather together.

Then the Spirit lit the flame
The Holy Spirit gave strength and passion to the early believers, leading to the expansion of the church.

Now this gospel truth of old
The message of Jesus and the resurrection has been passed down for generations.

Shall not kneel, shall not faint
The power of the gospel will never falter or weaken with time.

By His blood and in His name
We are saved through the sacrifice of Jesus and the power of His name.

In His freedom I am free
Through Jesus, we are free from our sins and given the gift of eternal life.

For the love of Jesus Christ
Our salvation comes from His love and selflessness.

Who has resurrected me, ohh
Thanks to Jesus and His resurrection, we have been given new life and hope.
