I Think That I Would Die
Hole Lyrics

He's stupid
I'm smarting
He's stupid
I'm smarting

I want my baby
Where is the baby?
I want my baby
Who took my baby?
Rose white, rose red
Rose up in my head
Rose white, rose red

Yeah yeah
I want some
Yeah yeah
There is none

I want my baby
Where is the baby?
I want my baby
There is a baby

There is no milk
There is no milk
There is no milk
There is no milk

Rose white, rose red
Rose up in my head
Rose white, rose red

Aww
Aww
She lost all her innocence
Gave it to an abscess
She lost all her innocence
She said, I am not a feminist

It's not yours fuck you

There is no milk
There is no milk
There is no milk
There is no milk
There is no milk

One of the greatest and most important Albums of all time.

sabbracadabra

I wish it was mentioned more today, it doesn't deserve to be just another 90s album. It really is a special album.

Ivan Hernandez Carvajal

And the best song from that album

Cartoonlover 447

THERE IS NO MIIIIILK!

Big Froggums

@Sepher Agon it can be, and probably is, both depending on the context. I mean, in this song her screaming about cum doesn't really make sense considering it's about her losing custody of her kid over her heroin addiction

Sepher Agon

@Cheerio Totoro Na, in the other song she says "milk's in my mouth" a reference to fellatio.

Cheerio Totoro

@Sepher Agon r u dumb or something? Kurt and Courtney always wrote shit that didn't make sense. It wouldn't be surprising. Anyway I've interpreted this song about getting clean from Heroin in order to get her child back (Frances) who was taken from her due to the couples Heroin addiction.

Sepher Agon

@Cheerio Totoro Use your head. Heroin's in my mouth? LMFAO XD

Cheerio Totoro

@Sepher Agon I thought the word milk in this song was a substitute for Heroin?

Remember, when she screams "there is no milk," what she's trying to say is that she's clean and sober and can be termed a fit mother. This whole song is about wanting back her daughter. It's so sad now, considering how estranged their relationship is. Courtney was not perfect, in any way, but I hope one day Frances will learn to see that she really did try the best that she could, demons and all.
