Running to and fro
But if you ask them where they're going
Half of the don't know
And they're the ones who think I'm crazy
But they don't realize
That I'm just groovin', groovin'
Keep on keep on groovin' ooh groovin'
groovin' till I die
See a river flowing by me
Headed for the sea
I get a feeling deep inside me
It's so good to be free
And I get sunshine in the daytime
And moonlight every night
That keeps me groovin'
Keep me grooving yeah
Groovin till I die
Keep on keep on a-groovin
Don't stop movin
Groovin out on life
Everybody keep on grooving
Don't stop movin
Groovin out on life
Keep on keep on a-groovin - groovin
Groovin till I die
Keep on movin
Movin movin movin
In Hopeton Lewis's song Grooving Out On Life, the singer expresses his admiration for the beauty of life that is often overlooked by others. He mentions how he finds joy from observing people hurrying along without knowing where they are going. However, he acknowledges that those same people view him as crazy since they do not understand the way he sees life.
Hopeton then talks about how he enjoys watching a river flowing towards the sea, which gives him a sense of freedom. The daytime sunshine and the moonlight at night also keep him grooving, emphasizing the idea that he appreciates every moment that life has to offer. The song's chorus emphasizes that the singer will keep grooving out on life until he dies and encourages everyone else to do the same.
Overall, Grooving Out On Life is about living life to the fullest, enjoying every moment and appreciating the beauty that the world has to offer. It's about not getting caught up in the rat race of life and letting go of the stress and uncertainties that come with it.

Thanks Hopeton Lewis....and R.I.P....this song was a life saver for the survivors of the Nigeria Civil War. It eased a lot of tension and uncertainties on Igbo people at the end of that war as they struggle to start all over again having lost almost all material possessions...

My Mama Jacinth Burke introduce me to this giant of a man in 1991 at his record store Bay City Music, on Sunshine Plaza in Montego Bay and I thank her for it everyday for it.
