I climbed to the top on the very right side of the mountain. The mountain they claimed was unclimbable and I came to the same conclusion. I beat the system then the system beat me. Smh all that time wasted.

I don't like it when games do this. Gives a waypoint to do something. Then you're able to get there and it's not popping up because story mission hasn't been progressed yet

I climbed up a just to the left of this place in order to get there but yeah when i got there there was no armour. You have to use a sunwing

If you climb or glide the armor will not spawn. You need to actually fly up after unlocking the override

Stormbird flew away and kept its distance the whole fight... which made it easy to kill, but when I did kill it, the fucker teleported straight back at me and killed me so I had to restart

So I was able to reach there by foot but if you do that then the armour fragments don't spawn there.

I climbed it Bethesda style but no armor. I went back like it was meant to and it fixed itself

I thought the game was broken ... I figured u had to fly a creature up there but at the moment the database for sunwing does not say mountable like the other mounts do.

@Joe Dirt the mission won't begin if you glide there from the mountain. You must complete the wings of the ten main story quest first

Finally got it done last night. Got my armor and my wings. Pretty awesome! Should've been one of the first things you got. Or mid ways. Not at the end.

I climbed it and found no armor. Looks like you need the Sunwing to get the mission done. I was passed, cause I was thinking this was going to unlock flying for me. All that climbing for nothing.
