The marriage is one shared by many bands, but on Opportunities - their latest EP earning a re-release via No Sleep Records - the courtship entangles itself in new territories, mostly in those characterized by cavernous percussion, hooks so buoyant they bob up and down, and guitar and synth interplay that belong to a much older, bolder band.

I grew up in all eras of "the scene" in the last 16 years... going to as many shows and following/supporting as many bands as I felt passionately about...
I always felt like an intruder to the boys world of pop-punk and hardcore...
Even when a lot of girls like the music it's like a 'the ladies love it😎' vibe and idk....
Especially in the space of being a repeat victim of sexual assault, and living in the terror/guilt that YOU caused it or could have prevented it...and the shame you put yourself through as you relive it daily, cause you dont want it to happen again, and you want to figure out where you went wrong.
