This was published on August 16th, 2016. Man, I think back on that time period in my life. I didn't know the Lord yet. I'd just had my heart broken and was already into another unequally-yoked relationship, and was so deeply grieved and lost in my heart.. Little did I know that God had a plan to redeem my life.. All along, He had that planned.. And he brought it to pass- praise Him! PRAISE HIM. Beautiful! This song, to me, speaks to the fact that no matter how painful our present pain is, God takes us in to lead us out. There's a purpose to fulfill his work in us! Refining us and ultimately to bring HIM glory!! We are told to be thankful and rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character. This is who God wants us to become...like JESUS !!
