This track was released by Human Waste Project in 1993, before Korn's first album. It was later added on HWP first demo album that was released in 1994. Aimee Echo will forever be known as the underground indie queen.

Yeah I think more so the nu metal styling kinda added with the jonathan davis vocal addition sort of dates it to that early 2000s napster era...and the poor audio quality of the track as well...I always wished they would have rerecorded it in way to make it sound less like a squashed mp3 file...lol but I definitely dig amiee echos vocals 👍 HWP captures a awesome time period in my life, love that stuff 🥰

I have a feeling that CD is a bootleg. It spells the name of the song "Faget" wrong ("Faggott"), it lists "X-Mas Song" twice as track 11 and 12 and, oh yeah, most importantly, this is clearly not Jonathan Davis' voice on this song. It's seriously not even debatable, I don't know how anyone familiar with Davis' voice can think this is him.

The name of Aimee's band was Human Waste Project. This is their band, FEATURING Jon Davis. Not sure why there are pics of the start for the slideshow...except for Aimee, the only other member of HWP that was ever in the Start was Scott Ellis.

I remember hearing this in highschool circa 95 it was rumored that the female was Gwen Stefani and I remember being like nfw but there wasn't a lot of information to back it up but I definitely remember liking the song as soon as I heard it and it never came out on the radio either it was hard back then to hear anything that wasn't top 40 alternative on the radio at time

And of course, the original is by The Go-Go's. That one didn't have the cussing though. I like some of theStart's stuff, so that led me to check out this HWP song, not realizing it was a cover. Actually, when I saw "This Town", it made me think of the Green River song. The Go-Go's tune was one I was more familiar with. Good memories of when my brother played that album a lot.

It is defo John Davies, but it was when John was in LAPDm which was essentially Korn before they were Korn, least it was Munky and Jon I think, can't remember it all, but they pretty sure he was in LAPD at the time.

Jonathon was never in LAPD, that's KORN without Jon. Jon without Korn was Sex Art, which had a few familiar faces in it, Orgy for one and a all to familiar song, Blind was written by Sex Art. Old schoolers should remember a small law suit that never went anywhere, and Korn releasing their version as their first signal Get your facts straight before you run your mouth. I have the LAPD Korn re-print of their album, only time Jon makes an appearance is on the dance re-mix versions of Korn songs off self titled and Life is Peachy at the very end of the disc. I don't buy that this is Davis, but I cant prove myself either. To little is recorded about this one album band that dis-membered shortly after a long awaited debut. Funny how this song didn't make the cut, isn't a hidden track, and Jon isn't on a " appears on" list that includes HWP. It does cover his Limp Bizkit and Orgy spots.... hmmm....

This isn't Jonathan Davis. I don't know how this obviously incorrect idea got spread around so much, it seems like there was even a bootleg Korn CD that accredited this song to him, maybe that's where the misinformation originated? But seriously, anyone who's listened to a decent amount of Korn could tell you this sounds nothing like him. Even pre-Korn, this just isn't what his voice has ever remotely sounded like.

This is a product of the napster/kazaa/limewire days, for some reason people mislabeled songs on purpose (I'm not mad about it it got me to tryout other music I wouldn't normally have) but its sort of like the Zelda song my "system of a down" which was nothing like them either haha.

I prefer the Go-go's version. Can't say that I care much for all the swear words in this version. Further, I have heard complaints that all of the cool band names have already been taken, so one must take what is left. But, seriously, "Human Waste Project"? Almost any other name would be better than that. Yuck. But I guess that's the whole point, isn't it? "Yuck" is the intended effect, right?

They asked where they could find a copy of the song. back in the day when you were able to download music (about 2000 or so) it was labeled as "kittie and korn-this town" , if you want to find this song then it will probably have that label...yes i know it is human waste, yes i know the lyrics, and i even have the original from the "GoGo's" now what seems to be the problem here?
