will the government still be able to issue family credit, where family takes credit to buy a house and it gets cancelled after a certain amount of children? im a young guy so im naturally interested in that. and also what happens if a lot of people just spend that initial credit that you set at 10 000 and dont do anything at all further? and why did you set it at ten thousands?

Actually, the government can just be like the other players in the system. If someone does something for the government (or the local village council), they could recieve an IOU from the government or council... just like the rest. And then, if they recieved some service from the council they could return the favour by emitting an IOU in the other direction - thus cancelling the numbers out.
On the question of the maximum value, it is true that the 10 000 value is perfectly arbitrary. That could be number for an individual. But a village council might have authorisation to emit 10 times more. And the government could emit a million times more. Wonderful - you could run the entire public sector with no taxes and no need to borrow from banks!
