I WiSH was a Japanese pop group consisting of two members, 川嶋あい and nao. Ai was responsible for the vocals and occasionally played the piano also with nao on the keyboard or piano. Their most notable single is Asu e no tobira and was in the Oricon rankings for over a year. The group disbanded in 2005 and Ai subesequently pursued a solo career.
iWish is a Thai seven-member girl group under MCA Entertainment, that debuted in 2021. The group is set to disband in January 2023 after their exclusive contract ends. However, MCA Entertainment mentioned that the disbandment is determined by the group's popularity, and so the disbandment may be canceled.
