Ian Van Dahl began in 2000 as Christophe Chantzis, Erik Vanspauwen and Martine Theeuwen, who was referred to as Marsha. Marsha was soon replaced by vocalist Annemie Coenen. Later, Peter Luts and David Vervoort (more famously known as Dave McCullen) joined the group. In 2008, the group changed its name to AnnaGrace retaining only Annemie Coenen and Peter Luts as members.
Annemie Coenen was co-writer and co-producer of all the songs on the second Ian van Dahl album, "Lost and Found," and wrote many of the lyrics for the first album, "Ace." She has also written music for the group Lasgo (including #1 Hit ‘Surrender’). Peter Luts was behind some of the remixes on the first album by Ian Van Dahl, and then he was brought in to co-produce the full second album. Peter has also produced other bands such as Lasgo and Dee Dee, and is well known among DJs and clubgoers for his remixes.
Will I?
Ian van Dahl Lyrics

Will we be together again?
Thought the love we had was strong
You tell me what's wrong
Where did we go wrong?
Will I, will I, will I
Will I, will I, will I
Will I ever love you again?
Will we be together again?
Thought the love we had was strong
You tell me what's wrong
Where did we go wrong?
Will I ever love you again?
Will we be together again?
Thought the love we had was strong
You tell me what's wrong
Where did we go wrong?
The lyrics of "Will I?" by Ian Van Dahl seem to be about a relationship that has ended and the person singing is questioning whether they will ever love their former partner again and if they will ever be able to reconcile and be together again. The singer of the song is evidently in a state of confusion and heartache, as they cannot understand where they went wrong as they believed that the love they had was strong. They are seeking answers and desperately want to know what happened between them that led to the breakup.
The repeated question of "will I?" shows the singer's helplessness and insecurity, as they are not sure if they will ever be able to regain their feelings for their ex-partner. The song expresses a universal feeling of heartbreak, with the singer struggling to let go of their former love, hoping for a chance to rekindle the relationship once more. The bridge of the song shows a bit of hope as the singer considers the good times and memories shared, but then goes back to questioning if they will ever be able to love again.
Overall, "Will I?" is a powerful and emotionally charged ballad about lost love, heartbreak, and the desire to reconcile with a former partner. The song's simple and repetitive structure, combined with the singer's soul-stirring vocals, makes it one of the most memorable and relatable break-up anthems of all time.

This actually made me cry. I connect with my Dad through music as well. It's not this type of banger, But it's SUPER Important that we let ourselves feel in the moment. I say, God, My Cats, and Music are my purposes in life. Music in my mind is in the top 5 of God's greatest gifts. Remember God and your Dad with Love. Happy Holidays ❤
