@Adam ;You missed the point completely like most smarmy people do. In Reality it is a slight twist on the Bible which states that even a fool is thought wise until he opens his mouth. Most people who have gained wisdom, knowledge and understanding usually do not speak a lot. Mostly because most people know so much that is not so and it would be a waste of breath to tell them anything.
