1) Iko are an English rock band from Exeter, Devon. Formed in 2005 the band consists of Kieran Scragg (lead vocals and guitar) Neil Reed (piano and keyboards), Rob Maxwell (drums and vocals), John Barwood (lead guitar) and Ben Woodhouse (bass). Scragg and Reed had been members of the indie-rock band Buffseeds, signed to Fantastic Plastic Records.

The song "All Time Low" from the album 'I Am Zero' was used in a commercial for DFDS Seaways and aired on television around Europe. The track "Look What You've Done To Me" was used in ABC's sci-fi drama FlashForward (Episode 4 "Black Swan").

2) Iko was also a minimal/synth/wave outfit from Canada. The most notable release by Iko is their LP simply titled “‘83,” which was released on a small Canadian disco label called Manhattan-Formula. It is a common mistake that the group’s name is “Iko ‘83,” however, it is just Iko. Not much is known about the group due to little information in their record sleeves and little to no traces of information about the label they released on.
The IKO personnel is as follows:
-Dax (synthesized harmonies & melodies, voice)
-U-Gen (triggered & synthesized melodies, voice)
-Zao (computed rhythm & bass, voice)
3) Iko was a short-lived synthpop act from Germany. Released a lone single titled "Wipe The Tears" in 1985.

Fell through the first three floors
And took your feet from you
As I watched
It fixes a need
To narrow your viper eyes
And call all the saints
For help with this one
Where did they find you?
And how did they know?
And where they refined you
Is it where they make gold?
A valiant try
To keep all your feelings inside
And not let them spill
On pavements and family
It's you in a room
Pretty as you can be
It trapped all your looks in walls
Just to haunt me
Where did they find you?
And how did they know?
And where they refined you
Is it where they make gold?
And how did I find you?
And how did I know?
That where they refined you
Is it where they make gold?
The song "Alchemy" explores the idea of transformation and the inner turmoil that comes with it. The lyrics describe someone who has been through a traumatic experience that has left them feeling lost and disconnected. The first stanza describes how this experience has knocked the person off their feet, leaving them in need of help and comfort. The second stanza speaks to the idea of being refined or transformed, asking questions about where this takes place and whether it is where gold is made.
The third stanza seems to address the disconnection that can come with transformation. The person is described as keeping their feelings inside, not wanting to let them spill out onto the pavement or affect their family relationships. The fourth and final stanza brings the song full circle, with the singer asking how they found this person in their state of transformation, and whether it was in the place where gold is made.
Overall, the lyrics of "Alchemy" suggest that change is not always easy or straightforward, but is instead a messy and complicated process that can leave us feeling lost and disconnected. The singer seems to be trying to understand this process and find meaning in it, even as it remains unclear and mysterious.
