Ms. Vered has played with many of the world’s most highly regarded orchestr… Read Full Bio ↴Ms. Vered has played with many of the world’s most highly regarded orchestras, including: the New York Philharmonic, the Boston Symphony, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Chicago Symphony, the Cleveland Orchestra, the San Francisco Symphony, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the London Symphony, Royal Philharmonic, Philharmonia, the Concertgebouw of Amsterdam, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the Japan NHK Symphony Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic, and the Israel Philharmonic, among others. She has shared the stage with illustrious conductors such as Stokowski, Solti, Mehta, Kempe, Kondrashin, Tilson Thomas, de Waart, Slatkin, Comissiona, Conlon, Davis, Sanderling, Cassadesus, Weller, Sawalich, Judd, Foster, Bamert, Janson and Vanska.
Summer festival appearances include The Mostly Mozart Festival in New York, Chicago's Ravinia Festival, Tanglewood, Caramoor, Cleveland's Blossom Festival, the Meadow-brooks Festival in Detroit, and Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl.

Ilana Vered.... a unique artist who used the FULL range of the piano, not just its pitch but also its volume and timing. I have a recording of her playing Chopin's Etude #25, referred to by Schumann as "the Aeolian harp etude". It is as unique and unforgettable as is her rendition of Beethoven's Waldstein sonata.
