This is the perfect song for the trailer. It has this industrial feel to it, it feels rebelious and matches the action in the trailer. And about the game, oh my... I can't wait to get it on PC. I've always loved Assassin's Creed and although nowadays they lack originality and no longer have naval combat or multiplayer, you just can't say an Assassin's Creed game just sucks. After all, few games have such great historic settings and even fewer let you explore it in such a way. I gotta say, I enjoy AC far less than I used to, but still, the games are still awesome. It's just people praising indie shit or consecrated "good games". Still, no way I am not getting this one.

I skipped this game because I heard so many people hating on it, I recently started it because it was on sale,
I shouldn't have listened to the haters, it's a great game, the combat is a bit repetitive but you get used to it, I actually love it!
I'm going to stay away from the fandom from now on, I'll play also Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla, I know they're hated but who cares, maybe they're actually good.

Update: I've finished Syndicate, greaaaat experience, I've also played Origins and Odissey, I loved Origins and Bayek, the birth of the Assassins was really cool and the last conversation with his wife (don't remember the name) gave me chills, I also liked Odissey but it was worse than Origins, I'm currently playing Valhalla and I'm loving it.

@Uzair Ahmed imo Odissey is worse because it's gigantic and yet empty, now I don't remember correctly but I'm pretty sure that the map is the whole Greece, it sounds cool but there's not really much in it, except for some secondary missions that are pretty boring, and the game relies on the rpg mechanics the most, you will probably get under leveled and you will be forced to grind, there's the naval combat again, tho, and you can personalize your ship, like in black flag, I think that it is a 7/10 or 6.5/10, also, there's no hidden blade and no assassins, just the ancient templars, there a different endings but the differences are little.

Valhalla was really funny at the start because there was much to do, it's full of collectibles and equipment, gold and other resources and abilities to find, most of the time hidden in some enemy bases or in some camps, but when you realize that all the map (which is big) is full of that, it gets a little overwhelming and you will probably get bored and stop searching for them, the story is really cool but it's long, you will move to England and you will be forced to make alliances with pretty much everyone that live there (and is not a templar), it's cool at first, you do two or three alliances then the main story continues, but let's say that the main story gets really interesting and you want to know how it goes...well, you must first do some other alliances which are not short or easy, and then you'll know.

Combat is fun, micro transactions are there but it's not pay to win, Eivor is a fine character but I still don't understand how Ubisoft wanted him/her to be.
I would say 8/10 or 7.5/10.

I still had fun with both of them but I wanted to highlight the flaws, so that you know what you will get.

Am i the only one who loved Assassin's Creed 3? It's actually my favorite game of the series. Black Flag had too many boat sequences and the first games had weird controls in my opinion. But like 3 was perfect tomahawks and rope darts parkour was good not too many boats

My friend always criticizes assassins creed games like everyone does before the game even comes out. We all have different opinions. Me? I am a HUGE assassins creed fan. Maybe im just an idiot but i really like every game that they have released. I agree and support with what many of you guys suggest but i also understand that it is hard to make a great game, what with everyone being opinionated and all. My suggestion? Stefano Cavezza I'm a huge AC fan too, love both the Assassins' and Templars' philosophy and the games themselves. But I would appreciate if the main storyline (which was the present time (now without Desmond)) would go a little forward. In Unity it was two sentences:
-- Beginning of the game --
