In Legend does, in no way, try to exclusively create a brand new type of sound. It is the songs which take the listener on a new aural experience.
Influenced by the rhythmical feeling and atmosphere of Burkina Faso, on the African continent, where he spent his early childhood, Bastian has developed into one of Germany’s finest drummers in the rock scene. He has toured with metal and rock ‘n roll bands all through Europe and was able to win the hearts of the Chinese fans as the drummer for the thrash metal band Narakam when he spent 2006 and 2007 there. He is, currently, also the drummer for the world’s only metal a-cappella band Van Canto.
It seemed, on coming back to Germany from Africa, that the drums weren’t the only instrument to shape his musical career. Bastian, upon his return, started to teach himself, by ear, how to play the piano and at a very early age composed many songs without being able to read a single note of sheet music.

Whilst trying to clarify his own compositions to guitarists from his early bands, Bastian has been able to develop his own style. This comprises of smooth riffs that carry with the left hand and flowing melodies with the right and is also apparent in the songs. With their EP Pandemonium, which is to be released early 2010, they will burst onto the open rock scene for the first time and in Spring they will present themselves to their audience on tour. I think the guy who sings and plays the piano also played the drums during the recording of the song. The drummer in the video was just for live gigs and videos as far as I know

einfach hammer diese lied, mit soviel gefühl als wenn eine lebensgeschichte damit kurzgefasst wäre, auch hammer finde ich dass sie es gratis anbieten und nur darauf aufmerksam machen dass das musik produziern auch seine nebenkosten hat. Die einstellung und philosopie der band gefällt mir :)
