2. Not only this Smooth Jazz band shares same band name, they have a song called "Millenium"(2006) that is exactly same title (intentionally misspelled) as the other Incognito's (Jazz Funk) song on their album "100° and Rising"(1995), plus the logo resembles in font. The title "Every Day"(2006) on the album Street Smarts exactly alike in titles (when read) with the other Incognito's famous tune "Everyday"(1995). They are often tagged totec radio. Also mis-tagged by fans as bluey where there's no link to Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick himself. r00ts & t4lk1n l0ud tags also used, that could mislead fans to the Bluey's famous tunes like "Roots" & "Talkin' Loud".

People gettin' ready for the news
Some are happy, some are sad
Got to let the music play
What the people need
Is a way to make 'em smile
Ain’t so hard to do if you know how
Gotta get a message
Got to let the music play
Let the music play (Repeat)
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
All the time, Let the music play
Well I know you know better, everything I say
Meet me in the country for a day
We'll be happy and we'll dance
We're gonna dance the blues away
If I'm feelin' good to you and you're feelin' good to me
There ain't nothin' we can't do or say
Feelin' good, feeling fine
Gonna let the music play
let the music play (Repeat)
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
All the time
Like a lazy flowing river
Surrounding castles in the sky
The crowd is getting bigger
Listenin' for the happy sounds
I’ve got to let them fly
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
Oh, oh, oh listen to the music
All the time
Let the music play
The lyrics to Incognito's song "Listen to the Music" are a call to action for people to come together and enjoy the power of music. The opening lines, "Don't you feel it growin', day by day/People gettin' ready for the news," suggest that people are eagerly anticipating a positive change that they believe is coming. The music becomes a unifying force that brings together people who have differing emotions and opinions about what is to come. The lyrics suggest that music has the power to lift people's moods and bring joy, even in difficult times.
The song also emphasizes the importance of connection between people. The verse "Well, I know you know better, everything I say/Meet me in the country for a day/We'll be happy and we'll dance/We're gonna dance the blues away" suggests that the singer is reaching out to someone they care about and offering an escape from the worries of the world through music and dancing. They acknowledge that there may be difficulties, but that they can be faced together and overcome.
Overall, the lyrics to "Listen to the Music" encourage people to come together and find joy and connection through music. It is a call to action to put aside differences and focus on the positive things that can come when we unite through music.
