INFINITE's synchronization is just... different. Choreography nowadays focus too much on making big movements as fast as possible while in sync hence resulted in them being all over the place. But watching BTD choreography, especially during the chorus part, the movements are not big and their hand movements are slow yet elegant and other than in perfect synchronization, the angles of their hands are EXACTLY the same throughout the chorus. It still memorable even to new viewers who just watch the choreo. There's really no choreography like this nowadays.

Because if infinite were already being overshadowed by groups from big company and mistreated by channels like sbs and mnet and also never get the recognitions that they deserves from the kpop industry and kpop fans when they still a active and a complete group, then imagine what it would be like when infinite returned from doing military service it could be a lot worse. The inspirit fanbase would be smaller than ever because there is not a lot of inspirits that are really patient and loyal to wait for them especially now when there is a lot of new groups debuting whether from inside or outside woollim. Infinite would be irrelevant and forgotten. Meanwhile other sec gen groups like bigbang snsd suju shinee beast will always be remembered by kpop fans and be deemed as the most legendary kpop groups just because they have a big fandom and are from big company is soo unfair. GJYYNGII tvxq did, and some other dancer actually did it, but they didn't gave that specific choreo a name nor popularize it, just part of the movement. But infinite's BTD choreo highlighting the move and name it, and it gets popular. That's why they're known for this synchronized scorpion dance.
