The video is about a girl who has to deal with her fathers abuse towards her . Sadly, Chester himself was abused as a child and I can see he used his music to convey his own emotions. And it is conveyed in this song. thank you Chester for the amazing music. That helped by battle my own depression as a teenager. Now at 28 in still battling depression. And music has helped me stay alive and has given my life meaning.

Hybrid theory is currently number 3 in iTunes. It feels like 2001 again. Except back then there was no iTunes...

I was hoping a for a new album that sounded similar to hybrid theory. But now in the end it doesn't even matter anymore. The band will most likely break up after this.

Something I notice about LP fans is that almost impecable grammar we all have, even if English isn't our first language. The composition of all LP songs are so rich, and Mike and Chester together are too perfectionists about their songs. I see all of you like my brothers and sisters, because LP saved my life when I was a pre-teen locked in my room alone and still saves me sometimes when I'm terrible lonely at my home. Not really, they always sing about depression, Chester even said that inside of his head is "another Chester that just wants to bring him down" and after one of his best friends died, and the fans didn't react that great on the new songs, including that he had problems with drugs and alcohol, it's not that unexpected, so in conclusion this year was terrible for Chester :(( R.I.P Chester...

I remember hearing Linkin Park for the first time in 9th grade. I remember I never heard anything so raw, so real, so relatable as this song. Chester's soothing voice in the verses that become raw and powerful during the chorus. Listening to Linkin Park was like having a special friend who understood everything you were going through during those childhood years. Linkin Park was the shoulder you can cry on, whenever you wanted. So sad Chester took his own life. RIP legend.

it was 2001 when it was first released, back in the time when mental health issues weren't recognized yet and people would only tell you to "cheer up" or "go out often" when you tell them what you've been going through. Back then listening to Linkin Park was one of the few things that would make you feel like someone out there understands. Chester Bennington, Mike Shinoda, the rest of the band and all their songs would always be close to my heart.

Sad when you listen to it now. You realise he was singing from personal pain. I've been discarded buy my beautiful narcissist. She left me and my son after 8 years without a word. We was great we had a fight she left. Saw LP at o2 in 2017. Best gig ever! They was so humble. We was all shouting more more more so they came back on and Chester said weve played all the songs but ok then next thing hes blasting this song out again for second time. The crowd went mad, it was phenomenal, then Chester started getting load of people up on the stage, they were all hugging and thanking him. I was on such a high, cant explain. Chester was such a beautiful hearted man. Loved by so many, helped a lot of us in our youth. Loved forever. Thank you Linkin Park for healing so many.
