Bully
Inside It Failed Lyrics

You walk a little slow. You hang your head in shame. You can't escape from me. I know how to play the game.
And I don't care.
You think you know it. You think you'll win it all. You ain't seen nothin'
You think you've got it. You think you've won it all, but I'm taking the bully down.
Cause I can smell your fear. I'm going to breathe it in. Taking you out will be hard but I know I'll win.
And I don't care.
You think you know it. You think you'll win it all. You ain't seen nothin'
You think you've got it. You think you've won it all, but I'm taking the bully down.
You think you know it. You think you'll win it all. You ain't seen nothin'
You think you've got it. You think you've won it all, but I'm taking the bully down.
You see me, you fear me, you're scared but don't run away.
You see me, you fear me, you know you should be afraid.
You see me, you fear me, you're scared but don't run away.
Don't be afraid... Be very afraid...
The lyrics of Inside It Failed's song "Bully" are a powerful message against bullying. The song speaks to the victims of bullying, encouraging them to stand up for themselves and not let their bullies have the satisfaction of seeing them defeated. The chorus repeats the lines "You think you know it. You think you'll win it all. You ain't seen nothin'. You think you've got it. You think you've won it all, but I'm taking the bully down." This is a clear message to the bully that their behavior is unacceptable and that the victim will not allow it to continue.
The verses of the song describe the victim's feelings of fear, shame, and helplessness. The line "Wait for you after school to get the price on your head paid" is particularly disturbing, as it suggests that the bully is planning to physically harm the victim. However, the victim is determined to fight back and not let the bully win. The line "Taking you out will be hard, but I know I'll win" shows the victim's confidence in their ability to stand up to the bully and come out on top.
Overall, "Bully" is a hopeful and empowering song that encourages victims of bullying to stand up for themselves and not let the bullies win.
