+James Sims I'm your age, too!! Graduated in 1980 at 17. My ears were pinned to the Disco radio stations!! Lived in Denver, Colorado in the 70's. Let me tell you, Denver was the bomb!! At the height of the Disco era, Denver had five Disco radio stations going at the same time! My fingers were flipping the channels back and forth, dancing. What a great time the 70's. I miss them so much. Where's the time machine when you need one, huh? LOL!

preving No your right, New Orleans is an historically violent city as is Chicago, so I didn't mean to imply that it was Walton's mountain LOL!! As children though, we were much more safe than these children growing up today. Children today our being killed by stray bullets coming thru windows while they play in their own homes, it's absolutely tragic!! Our generation didn't have those problems as I recall it or maybe I just had great parents who protected me a lot more than most.

I was 24 when this Jam first came out. I use to party to it and many more like it at THE LOFT on Mercer and Spring Streets in Manhattan NY. People of all races just partying and having a great time No violence, no guns, no jealousy Large groups of people having a fun time partying together till the sun come up. Man I miss those times...
