You have that same charm and kindness about yourself as did my boy. Of course, I’ve subscribed to your channel and I have learned a great deal from you, as I did my boy. @AnnaMaeBullock same! I can only get it frozen here but it works for me. The cayenne and hot sauce weren’t too bad. But if you don’t like spicy, I’d just do half the portion.

Never had the courage to make southern fried catfish and being from Louisiana....it's a staple. I've watched your other videos, and very much appreciate the simplicity in which you explain everything. Big fan of Thai food. You guys have Basa. Some restautants sell in US as Catfish but it is much cheaper. The only difference, catfish is flakier and basa isn't. Taste wise they are the same.

What"s up AB, I've seen a few of your fried fish videos and I'm impressed with your cooking style and I've learned a lot. I have tried my hand at cooking that fried fish from across the pond called fish and chip using COD which is a much thicker fish than catfish. The batter is usually a beer batter which crisp up a little different than other fish batter. I would like to know if you have a take on this.

@Naturalista 2.0 It's very flavorful but not so hot as you might think with hot sauce as an ingredient. Its not a problem for those who don't prefer the heat like we do. I just made it again a few weeks ago, but with king makeral this time. Still great.
