Interactive is a German electronic music group, founded in 1990. They are best known for their single "Who is Elvis", and their cover version of Alphaville's, "Forever Young".

Jens Lissat
Lissat begann bereits Ende der 1970er Jahre mit Elektrostyle-Projekten, wurde aber erst mit dem Song „Der Erdbeermund“ Ende der 1980er Jahre bekannt. Der in der Szene bekannte DJ erreichte aber erst mit der Gruppe Interactive den Durchbruch in der noch frühen Techno-Szene. „Who is Elvis“ gelangte auf Anhieb in die Deutschen Charts. Mit dem Cover-Mix von „Forever Young“ erreichte er auf dem Höhepunkt auch die Goldene Schallplatte, was nur wenigen Techno-Produktionen gelang.
Ramon Zenker
Neben Lissat war Zenker ebenfalls für die Produktion der Titel verantwortlich. Als 19-Jähriger war er als Toningenieur wesentlich von seinem Stil beeinflusst worden. Zenker war als einziges Bandmitglied durchgehend bei Interactive tätig. Erste Erfolge brachte ihm der Song „French Kiss“ (Honesty 69), welcher sich in den Top 10 der Deutschen Charts platzierte.
Marc Innocent
Innocent gehörte ebenfalls von Beginn an zur Band und war im Wesentlichen für die Lyrics verantwortlich. 1988 trat er erstmals mit Zenker unter dem Pseudonym „Friends of Mr. Cairo“ mit dem Song „The Caravan“ ins Rampenlicht. Zenker bediente dabei die Keyboards, während die Vocals von Marc Innocent verfasst wurden. Auch „Mr. Matey - Acid Party“ stammte von Innocent/Zenker.
Andreas Schneider
Schneider kam erst später zu Interactive dazu. Er galt als Allroundtalent, da er sowohl für die Produktion, als auch für die Sounds und Texte mitverantwortlich war. Er gründete mit Zenker auch die spätere Band „Perplexer“.
Chrizzy Gee
Chrizzy Gee alias Christopher van Holt kam 2007 zu Interactive dazu und fungiert in verschiedenen Bereichen für Interactive. Der jahrelange Künstler steht an den Keyboards, singt oder macht Show auf der Bühne. Des Weiteren produziert Chrizzy Gee selbst Songs, wie zum Beispiel einen Remix von Lissat&Voltaxx : House Music (All Night Long).

Just turned 63 , lived through the finest musical decades, 60's,
70's, 80's and 90's. Thanks to John Peel I started to get into house
and trance in the mid 90's and on new years eve1999 I went to meet a
mate of mine to get some acid.. He couldn't get any but asked me if I'd
be interested in a pill instead. After Old Lang Syne I was walking
home and happened to be walking past a nightclub and could hear the beat
through the walls so I went inside. It was the start of 3 years of
pills and being the first on the dance floor and the last off and this
amazing track was part of that journey. To say I feel privileged is an
understatement...

@@paulstubbs3885 Yeah, my favorite club, The Plaza, in St. Helens closed for 'refurbishment' over 20 years ago. It reopened as a pub which didn't last 6 months.. The ground floor was eventually converted into shop units whilst the upper floor remains as a time capsule of the club.
