The means become the end
And the end never ends
Move on,
And on...
Take us home
The day is done
The day is won
Take us back to the night
The lyrics of Intronaut's song "Steps" seem to carry a message of moving forward and persevering despite any obstacles in one's path. The first few lines suggest that the journey is just as important as the destination, and that the two are intertwined. The repetition of "move on, and on" emphasizes this idea even further, encouraging listeners to keep going regardless of the challenges they may face.
The second half of the song takes a slightly different tone, with the lines "take us home through sound and light" and "take us back to the night." This could be interpreted as a desire to return to a simpler, more carefree time. It could also be seen as a longing for something that has been lost or forgotten. In any case, the lyrics suggest a sense of yearning and a desire to find one's way back to a place of comfort and safety.
Overall, "Steps" is a song that speaks to the human experience of struggle and perseverance. It encourages listeners to keep moving forward, even in the face of adversity, and to find solace in the simple pleasures of life.
