My summary:
1, Types of neurotransmitters:
- Dopamine: boosts energy and motivation
- Acetylcholine: boosts processing speed and focusness
- GABA: helps relax
- Serotonine: foster positive mood and creativity

2, How to benefit: Make up for what you lack and also based on the characteristics of your work.
- Ease neuvousness: + GABA
- Creative: + dopamine and serotonine, GABA
- Better memory and attention: + acetylcholine, combine caffein and L-Theanine
- Focus/alert: + norenophine (Decrease Defaut mode network/DMN: nicotine - but don't abuse!)

@TrepidDestiny

Prior to being prescribed Ritalin for my ADHD, this is the stack that worked for me:

Selenium
Magnesium
D3
DHEA
Ginko
GABA
L-Theanine
CoQ10 (This one was super expensive though)
Boatloads of caffeine (Don't be like me, I was drinking scary amounts of caffeine)

nicotine helped me to live a "normal" life from age 14 to 25, before that i even had to drop school at age 11
as an ADHD, my body urges for physical activities that doesnt require me to think too much, like playing a sport, playing a videogame etc, but when you have ADHD your body asks for that 24/7 even as you sleep

i can describe ADHD as being 3 "voices" simultaneously
one is constantly asking me for these physical activities, the second like the normal conciousness, where you think of life and things to solve and all that stuff that requires some focus, and the third one and most annoying is completely random playing music in my head and distracting my second voice's thought process

smoking kinda shuts down the third voice, allowing my second one to work without any distraction, and also becomes my first voice since the habit of smoking is a physical activity that doesnt ask much thought process, and then i can completely focus on my second voice

but cigarettes are trash, they last like 5 minutes only and damages the body, like any kind of smoke you inhale
cigars and pipes are more interesting though, they last like 30 to 40 minutes, and even though you dont inhale. after you smoke there is a very nice feeling of being saciated not wanting to do anything else, unlike cigarettes where i would light up the next one using the ashes from the previous

@DurpVonFronz

My mother gave me something like this when I was in grade 4, the level of my smarts increased so much at the time it scared the teachers. They called my parents in and questioned them as they were like wtf man, lol. Its hard to find that stuff these days and its level of potency is nearly 1/20th or less then what I was taking back then. The one thing that really popped was when I took the adverb, adjectives, verbs and nouns test, was the only one that got 100%, and the former me would of never got that high of a score.

@What I've Learned
Unrelated to the current video, but back around when you released your recant fasting video, you had also put out several "YouTube Shorts", or "YouTube Stories" videos related to it... Did you take those down? If so, do you have any plans to re-upload them?

@GrimmSmile23

Hey guy can you reformat the description? Looks like you forgot to put a couple lime breaks. Thank you for the exceptional content!

Unfortunately the most important question for me personally hasn't been addressed: Does your brain adjust to the new levels so that when you stop using nootropics you end up being of worse? Do you need to increase the dose to have the same effect?

@marxiewasalittlegirl

Interesting

@UsaraDark

I'm no expert, but nootropics are usually minimally taken to make temporary to the brain operations. It's still within "normal" ranges (e.g. making anything you do for a bit while feel like the high video games). That said, taking anything in excess, will probably cause a lot of brain fog and headaches. Taking things too frequently, for too long, will probably make adjustments to your brain. Whether this is the result of tolerance, or the brain learning to become self-sufficient (jump-start) and doesn't need it anymore, might depend on what you do when you use it, and how long and often you take it.

There are some nootropics that you need to cycle off of, otherwise it will have lesser-to-no effects. Racetams are one of them. Pretty sure modafinil is one of them too. Caffeine is an obvious one. A small drink every few days, and your brain doesn't really need to adapt since it can be thought as temporary stress. But drink several cups a day and you're going to develop tolerance.

@oloblish

Seriously, this is what I've always worried about with nootropics.
