Their next album "Durazno Sangrando" ("Bleeding Peach") was their debut on a major label and an all out progressive album. Spinetta's lyrics were very well written. The story to "Durazno Sangrando" was based on a book by Carl Jung. "Durazno Sangrando" is their most progressive album and is generally noted as the bands best material. In 1975, virtuoso guitarist Tommy Gubitsch joined the group. Their third and final album "El Jardín de los Presentes" ("The Garden of the Present") turned out to be their most popular. This album has a lot of Tango influence and also some sounds that would remind us of early King Crimson. After the success of "El Jardín de los Presentes" the band split up at the end of 1976. Spinetta pursued a jazz-fusion esque solo career after the breakup.
Invisible was a bigger band in the Argentine prog scene and is definitely worth a good listen. If you are interested at all in Argentine prog they are essential. Their middle album "Durazno Sangrando" is their best and most interesting though "El Jardín de los Presentes" is also worth a good listen (mainly for it's fusion of rock, prog, and tango influence.)
El Anillo del Capitán Beto
Invisible Lyrics

a cebarme unos amargos
como en mi viejo umbral.
¿Por qué habré venido hasta aquí?
si no puedo más de soledad
ya no puedo más de soledad.
Su anillo lo inmuniza de los peligros
pero no lo protege de la tristeza
surcando la galaxia del hombre
ahí va el Capitán Beto, el errante.
¿Dónde habrá una ciudad
en la que alguien silbe un tango?
¿Dónde están, dónde están
los camiones de basura
mi vieja y el Café?
Si esto sigue así como así
ni una triste sombra quedará
ni una triste sombra quedará.
Ahí va el Capitán por el espacio
regando los malvones de su cabina
sin brújula y sin radio
jamás podrá volver a la tierra.
Tardaron muchos años hasta encontrarlo
el anillo de Beto llevaba inscripto
un signo del alma.
The lyrics of "El Anillo del Capitán Beto" by Invisible talk about a space traveler named Captain Beto, who has been on a journey through the cosmos for fifteen years. Despite his inadequate equipment and uncertain fate, he wears a mysterious ring that protects him from the dangers of the universe. As he travels through space, the captain reflects on his loneliness and yearning for connection, questioning the existence of a heaven or a place where he can find community and solace.
The song paints a poignant portrait of a solitary journey within a vast and unknown universe. It also touches on themes of isolation and the human longing for connection and meaning. The use of specific details, such as the reference to a photo of Carlitos on the command and a River Plate banner, gives the song a sense of grounding and specificity within the larger context of the cosmos.

Vida
A mi me interesa saber si habrá jardín, limonero y pajarito.
