In one wink of an eye, I bet I could take your bitch
That boy jewellery looking bleary like who sold him that shit
They say I ain't getting money well who told them that shit
OK your bitch she like my diamonds and the cars that I ride
Or she might just like my style or its the squad that behind me
I don't know but she gon' go because my pockets on swole
I just walk up in the mall then I buy the whole store

That boy jewellery looking bleary like who sold him that shit
They say I ain't getting money well who told them that shit
OK your bitch she like my diamonds and the cars that I ride
Or she might just like my style or its the squad that behind me
I don't know but she gone go because my pockets on swole
I just walk up in the mall then I buy the whole store
Them people calling, right back to balling
You got a bad batch too much baking on it
Right back on the stove, right back to them shows
Right back to my bitches, your advance is my clothes

I swear my diamonds are so blinding please don't look at my wrist
In one wink of an eye, I bet I could take your bitch
That boy jewellery looking bleary like who sold him that shit
They say I ain't getting money well who told them that shit
OK your bitch she like my diamonds and the cars that I ride
Or she might just like my style or its the squad that behind me
I don't know but she gone go cause my pockets on swole
I just walk up in the mall then I buy the whole store
In J. Cole's song Diamonds, he boasts about his wealth and success. He starts off by warning people not to look at his wrist because his diamonds are so blinding. He then goes on to brag about how easy it is for him to steal someone's girlfriend, and how he doesn't care about the haters who say he's not making enough money. He continues his bragging, talking about the expensive jewelry he wears and how he pays women to be with him.
Cole then goes on to talk about his hustling lifestyle, how he's constantly making money and living the high life. He's always working, either in the studio or on the road, and he's always surrounded by beautiful women. He talks about his flashy cars and designer clothes, and how he can afford to buy anything he wants. Even when people try to bring him down, he just bounces back and keeps hustling.
Overall, the song Diamonds is about living the life of a successful rapper. J. Cole uses this track to show off his wealth and success, and he doesn't care what anyone else thinks about him. He's living his life to the fullest and enjoying every moment of it.
