My favorite on this album. Jerry Butler’s voice with Dilla’s beat. Perfect. Plus, it’s one of my favorite Jerry Butler sings. So much soul. Dilla, was a musical genius.. Broke my heart he had to leave us I’m a firm believer that God’s will is so far beyond our comprehension. Not angry with God but I sure miss him.

I remember listening to this years ago when mowing the lawn and had this album playing on my old crappy iPod...all of a sudden my eyes were pretty watery. It was because (to me) this felt like Dilla speaking to the fans through his beat. Not sure who he made the song for, but thats how I felt. and I just felt so lucky to live in an age where I can hear such a beautiful hip hop beat that is uplifting and really feels like the soul is talking. its just flawless in every sense of the word.
