The first time I heard this song, I felt that God was speaking with me.
Just like the Word of God, as Christians, we must keep ourselves pure from sexual sins, and wait for the person who God called for us to marry, one day.
Regardless how modern the world is, I hope that you would have enough courage to speak up for your faith, and would have enough strength to walk away from anything that, and anyone who would threaten your walk with God.
I hope that you endure the consequences of putting Christ first that you would have to face. A lot of things would want to take you away from God. At times, you would have to suffer, but remain strong.
For we are not made for another person, neither to satisfy ourselves, but to glorify our Creator.
Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.

I've been distant with God for years, until I got into a situation wherein it makes me depressed for more than a year. I was an unrequited love.
And today, I learned that the man I love the most is getting married. It feels like the world is going to swallow me under. The pain that I felt a year ago came back.
I am ashamed of myself for begging God to help me take away the pain for I have sinned so many times to the extent that I almost forgotten about Him. I'm scared that I might fail God again.
I know I have to move forward now. I honestly have no idea how or where to start but I trust that God will lead me the way. Just as the song says,
"waiting for the day when I hear You say, 'here is the one that I created just for you'"
If I were to fall in love again, I want it with God's grace. I want it to be with the one who's actually meant for me.

He did came at my age 31, but he went to be with God after 6 years of marriage.

This song has become the "statement" of my promise to God, that I will stay pure and trust that in His time, He will lead me to the right man, the one He made just for me. This is very inspiring. I think songs like this should come out more often. They're beautiful. They say something very important, especially in this permissive age. A lot of young people today do not understand real love. In order for them to understand they must know God first, Who is love Himself. :)
