He is the father of producer/director Frank Marshall and composer Phil Marshall. He is perhaps best known for composing the theme and incidental music from the 1960s TV Series The Munsters. Marshall also composed music for The Deputy, a western television series starring Henry Fonda, The Investigators and The Debbie Reynolds Show.

I watched the munsters with my grandma on netflix. My mom was surprised how much I enjoyed a black and white show from 1964. Mainly because I am 12 years old.
