Jack White first played as a professional musician in the early 1990s, as a drummer for the Detroit cowpunk band Goober & the Peas. White produced Loretta Lynn's Van Lear Rose in 2004, which won them a Grammy for best country album, and an additional Grammy for best country collaboration for the song Portland Oregon.
The Love Interruption Songfacts reports that his debut solo single, Love Interruption, was made available on January 30, 2012 at White's pay-to-join club Vault and at Jackwhiteiii.com. A week later, it was released on the singer’s preferred format, vinyl. It was produced by the ex White Stripe and recorded at his own Third Man Studio in Nashville along with its exclusive non-LP B-side Machine Gun Silhouette. This was followed by his first solo album, Blunderbuss, later in 2012, and an accompanying tour. This is not said to indicate an end to either the Raconteurs or the Dead Weather.
His blaring guitar solos and ability to pull sound from the simplest of "instruments" are his greatest strengths along with his desire to partner with female vocalists.
He currently resides in Tennessee. He announced his divorce in 2011 from wife since 2005, fellow musician Karen Elson, and they have two children. Third Man Records (White's label) and Elson's clothing boutique are also located there.

Freedom at 21
Jack White Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Cut off the balls of my feet
Made me walk on salt
Take me down to the police
Charge me with assault
Smile on her face
She does what she wants to me
She don't care what kind of wounds she's inflicted on me
She don't care what color bruises that she's leavin' on me
'Cause she's got freedom in the 21st century
(Alright)
(Listen)
Two black gadgets in her hands
All she thinks about
No responsibility no guilt or morals
Cloud her judgement
Smile on her face
She does what she damn well please
(Right)
And she don't care about the things people used to do
And she don't care that what she does has an effect on you
She's got freedom in the 21st century
Cut off the balls of my feet (Cut off the balls of my feet)
Make me walk on salt (Make me walk on salt)
Take me down to the police (Take me down to the police)
The lyrics of Jack White's "Freedom at 21" are a commentary on the changing nature of freedom in the modern world. The song is about a woman who does whatever she wants without any concern for her actions or their consequences. She has a smile on her face as she inflicts wounds and bruises on the singer, who seems to be a victim of her actions.
The first verse describes the singer's physical pain as he's made to walk on salt after his feet are mutilated. He's then taken to the police and charged with assault, even though he himself has been victimized. The woman in question is described as having "freedom in the 21st century," implying that modern society has created a climate where people can act without consequences.
The second verse focuses on the woman's mindset and her lack of responsibility or guilt. She's described as carrying "two black gadgets," which may be a reference to smartphones or other devices that people use to detach themselves from reality. The singer acknowledges that she doesn't care about the impact of her actions on others, and that her freedom is a result of the changing values of modern society.
Overall, "Freedom at 21" is a critique of the modern world's obsession with individual freedom at the expense of responsibility and empathy for others. The lyrics suggest that a culture that celebrates selfishness and detachment has created a scenario in which people can do whatever they want without any regard for the consequences.

I can not understand how Jack White only has 169 653 subscribers..
I mean..
Katy Perry 15 million
Taylor Swift 12 million
Justin Bieber; 11 million
Nicki Minaj 7.8 million
Iggy Azalea 2.8 million
Jess Greenberg, playing guitar covers and singing with a low-cut top; 867 thousand
Even Willow Smith, with 7 videos has double that; 330 thousand.
Lil Bub, the cat - although super adorable - is catching up to Jack White with 160 000 subscribers and counting.
I'm not trying to make any statements about any of the aforementioned or them not deserving it - but Jack White sure as HELL would deserve more appreciation than this.
