In 2009, Evancho independently released her debut album, "Prelude to a Dream". The album was released with just 4,000 printings. Because of digital success following her appearance on the fifth season of America's Got Talent, the album charted in the 121st position of the Billboard 200 albums, and the 2nd position of the Billboard Classical albums chart. Following a whirlwind of media coverage after her second place finish on the show, Evancho released her debut holiday EP, "O Holy Night", in November 2010. The album debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 albums, and number one on the Billboard Classical albums, and later achieved Platinum status. Evancho is the youngest solo artist ever to go Platinum in the U.S.
In June 2011, Evancho's debut studio album, "Dream With Me", was released, and charted at number two on the Billboard 200 albums, and number one of the Billboard Classical albums. The album would later achieve "Gold" status, and sell in excess of 500,000 copies.
In late 2011, Evancho's sophomore album, "Heavenly Christmas", was released exclusively through American retailer Walmart. The album debuted at number one on the Classical album chart, becoming her fourth consecutive work to do so. It also debuted in the top 20 of the Billboard 200 albums.

Jackie received much love and congratulation, yes because she deserves, and most of all she deserved, and from so different countries, but especially from christian people...

For Many years Jackie based her career close to christian songs and faith, as Deanna Durbin did in pas time ... and no one talked about any problem ...
Style has changed, but was welcome by everybody around the world, because of original Christian Faith ... and with all respect due to her, each penny of her career was due because of that !
We have all payed cd and videos so many times .
When jackie was young, she didn' t complain about it, and her parents did not either, most of all her uncle composed her best song from far, in an entire vision of christian faith, close to holy bible words !
If Jackie regrets christian's faith and what it brought for her career, she can explain it herself an you could relay it in news papers !!

At 3:05 Jackie demonstrates her natural ability to hit a high note effortlessly, with no visible evidence of strain and immediately executes the following phrase with delicacy. Astonishing! That indicates that her range exceeds what this song requires. Every video I've seen of child pop singers shows their faces distorted with the effort to belt out a high note. This performance by contrast is vocal artistry, control with finesse.
