This is the voice of Jacques Herb. He has a unique heavy voice. BUT...if we watch YouTube videos of the song "Ik Wil Nog Even Met Je Praten", there I hear the voice of Peter Maffay. If you don't believe me, try to compare the voice found in this video with that found in all YouTube videos on "Ik Wil Nog Even Met Je Praten". Then, you will understand what I mean. My ears are very observant.
