Shes basically doing FMaj7 - Fmin7 - Emin7 - Gmin7 - C (triad)
She adds some licks in the chords. You can just play around with it. But anyway these are the basic chords She does them in the higher frets as seen in the video. It doesn't sound as good if you do these chords at the first fret.
