His song "Ache" was used prominently in the hit U.S. television series Smallville and ER. It has also been featured on Side Order of Life, The Evidence and ABC’s long running daytime drama, One Life to Live. Carrington has recorded his debut album, which is being produced by major Hollywood film composer Klaus Badelt (Pirates of the Caribbean, Poseidon, Premonition) and features the mighty talents of Michael Landau, Luis Conte, Tom Coster, Abe Laboriel and Abe Laboriel Jr. Mixing the record is James Guthrie, the British record producer and engineer best known for his work with Pink Floyd, having served as a producer and engineer for the band since 1978. Guthrie was the only member of the production team on the album ‘The Wall’ to be awarded by NARAS for his contributions, receiving the 1980 Grammy award for Best Engineered recording.

His song ‘Lights’, co written with Klaus Badelt, appeared on the soundtrack to the Werner Herzog movie, Rescue Dawn, starring Christian Bale and Steve Zahn.

He has received almost 1 million plays on Myspace and will be releasing his album ‘The Dreamers machine’ at the end of 2010.

He has also been commissioned to write for Toyota and British Telecom in their nationwide advertising campaigns.

Over the past 2 years he has co written with Grammy nominated writer Sacha Skarbek (James Blunt, Jason Mraz), Brit award winner Blair Mackichan, Magnus Fiennes (co-wrote and produced All Saints million selling debut album, Tom Jones, Morcheeba), Martin Briley (Celine Dion, Pat Benatar, NSYNC), Russ desalvo (Lionel Richie) and Phil Manikiza (Rozalla).

Damn it,if I wasn't such a huge fan of Lois and Clark,and then Chloe and Oliver,I would be all for Lois and Oliver.Their chemistry was really really good!I enjoyed episodes with them!!
And Justin Hartley in that green tights,there was nothing hotter than him on the show!!!

Same. Literally word for word how I feel. I loved Oliver and Lois. I suffered when they broke up. I’m so in love with the Oliver and Chloe pairing. They were a good modern counterbalance to the more old school romance between CK and Lous. And Justin has chemistry with everybody on the show. Plus, we get gratuitous nudity from Oliver Queen when it’s usually half dressed girls on this show.
