To me his new album Nurture sounds like his struggles throughout his rise to fame and success. And the big idea of how to move on.

So his first single "Get your wish", i feel it's about leaving everything you have to get where you want to be. Then you eventually get there and wonder, "what's next?" You start to want more of this newfound glory that it starts to kill you mentally when you are not where you want to be again.

"did you get your wish?"

Then in Something Comforting, it kind of revisits this same idea. In the chorus, "cause getting made you want more, and hoping made you hurt more" he talks about the expectation you put on yourself when you achieve such success and how you hope to achieve it again...but more. When it doesnt happen, it takes a detrimental toll on you. Right after that he says "oh there must be something wrong with me" to show that he's aware of what's going on and wants to make a change and move on. Right now he just wants support hence...

"someone tell me, something comforting"

then Look at the Sky serves as the answer/response to Something Comforting.
He says (most likely telling himself) "i will be much better then, look at the sky" as the comforting support he needs to move on.

Now going back to the word Nurture, as a noun it means "the process of caring for and encouraging the growth or development of someone or something" (thank you google).
It all makes sense when you tie in his two singles released and this unreleased track. We are all probably stepping into how he sees his world in this album. And he's taking us through his journey of growth as an artist/person.

In addition, the people talking about the water, earth, air, fire idea, this could also be him tying into the whole "Nature vs. Nurture" debate. Instead of it being one or the other, perhaps it could be both that defines who we are...

Even after the release of the full song I really treasure this version. I listened to it for so long and it kind of became a part of me. I'd listen to the whole set nearly every day just to build up LatS.
Even the background noise and lower quality version and everything is an important part that keeps me coming back to this version, this shortened version was released for beat saber and it absolutely doesn't carry the same feeling as this version.
