Love this track. Though it is an odd one as essentially it’s about a bird topping herself. But tiesto gets the final feeling of relief just right. Brilliant piece of music.

So who actually produced this one? The sound design is particularly ahead of most trance tracks, specially from this era. I know it's based off of Waakop Reijers' rework of Kid Vicious - Reform. But there's something else going on here. I know the original song itself was supposed to be on BT's ESCM album but got shelved later for Jan's unfortunately defunct album. Actually Brian Transeu (BT) is credited as writer along with Jan Johnston on Discogs.

There's actually breakbeat elements here which BT was fond of back then, so it really seems like either a joint effort of BT and Reiers, or simply Reijers just taking a little bit from everything from Reform to whatever BT did originally to make something unique and special. Or is someone else producing this using the Reform remix stems? Either way this piece is truly magical and stands not only one of the best 'Tiesto' tracks, but leagues above even most everything coming out the Trance scene. This is literally as good as it gets or ever will. Props to everyone involved and of course, the lovely and talented Jan Johnston. You guys didn't just nail it here, you knocked it into the stratosphere with this one.

Wow man.. I feel sorry for this Reijers guy, turns out he's the genius behind most Tiësto masterpieces, including Silence remix and many others.. I read all about this years ago but wouldn't be able to recall Waakop Reijers' name, but I will always know who Tijs Verwest is.. anyway I appreciate the tracks and it doesn't really matter in the end which name created it, it's about the feeling you get when you listen to it

Something being played by a DJ or featuring on a compilation doesn't count as an official release date though. Many DJ's have access to tracks long before they release commercially to the masses.

The track was actually produced and finished in 1999 and there is a rare 12" acetate in circulation from then. Paul is also the label owner of Perfecto so he'd have had access to the track before near everyone else.
