I know it's not baroque, but Kalkbrenner's Piano Concerto no. 1 is one such example. Especially the first and third movements.

Like someone else wrote it in the comment section, it's the temperament of the organ, it's not tuned like we use to tune keybords today, but like 300 yers ago or more.

It's very in tune, in meantone. Meantone is a tuning system that works by making fifths slightly narrow to obtain pure major thirds. This makes for example C# lower than Db (since one is a pure third up from A, the other one down from F). however the standard way to tune keybaords is with the sharps C#, Eb, F#, G#, B. Since this piece uses a D# sometimes, the performer is forced to use an Eb, which is higher
this dissonance can be avoided by either tuning the instrument to have a D#, or by using a chromatic keybaord that has both keys for D# and Eb. Or you can choose to keep it, meantone "wrong notes" are very expressive and beautiful moments.

It's just tradition that music written in D without a flat in the key signature is called Dorian. It's not the most accurate way to describe how this piece sounds, since it's chromatic, although some of the scale runs do bring out the Dorian sound of the "raised" 6th.
