I grew up with a lot of fear in my life instilled to me by my parents particularly my dad who would constantly bombard me with stories of how difficult it can be out there that I regret not experiencing it on my own.

Look into cognitive behavioral therapy friend. It is basically gradual exposure to what you are afraid of. It helps that primal part of your brain the is giving you that fear to relax and familiarize itself with the object that you fear.

There are many ways to minimise the fear and you should choose one that fits your personality and beliefs. A good place to start is to remember this old saying: "Feel the fear and do it anyway"!

Thank you for this video🙏 I've been consumed by fear, living with complex ptsd. A prisoner of fear. A therapist once told me "you can just choose to not be afraid" with no further explanation. I felt like they did not take me seriously. But now, with your explanation using logic and rational thinking, it sounds like "a better deal", now I want to choose to not be afraid anymore🙏 I want to shed this irrational fear❤

@Josephine D yes. It all comes down to the power of 3. Tesla wasn't wrong about the concept of 3 6 9.

I am only speculating when I say that those numbers are somehow linked to numerology as a whole but also have a deeper ether meaning to them.

I have already figured out the power of 3 and it is actually present in many religions across the globe. They have different names but they basically are The Soul, The Inner Child/Purity, The Higher Self. 6 might hint toward the overall balance with everything around and 9 is usually looked at as An Ending to which it is often said that Death is only the Beginning. I think that expression is very correct because we program feelings into our energetic DNA to take with us as "learned lessons" in the next chapter.

Alignment with self first, alignment with surroundings, and then a release to keep climbing our next step in another life...until we reach the wholeness itself and return to our rightful existences as true Gods (energy that moves the wheels of existence itself and stays benevolent).

I really appreciate this man. he's very talented and self-motivated, having a passion to help other people and I can respect that. But I will have to say this, yes I agree the mind is powerful, but we should not be giving all the credit to ourselves. God is the one who blesses us, and although it's important to have a strong mindset, I think it's wrong to take credit for ourselves when it's God who has blessed us. I do agree though that fear does play a powerful factor in our lives and we should strive to overcome it, but as the Bible says fear is of the devil, and if you have Jesus you should never give place to it! In that sense, fear is a little more than something we make up, but God has given us the power to overcome it. For both believers and in some cases unbelievers. But I'll say this, although the basic knowledge of what he says does lead to a better life, all of that means nothing if we die without Christ and miss eternity with him to go to Hell. That's really where we all go if we don't have him, I'm no better than this man talking, or anyone else, in all honesty, God loves him and everyone here more than we could ever imagine and desires to have a relationship with us, but we have to answer his call. Jesus has been in the business of saving since the beginning of time since Christ's sacrifice with laid before the foundation of the world. Everyone here can grab it if they want and you could have eternal life right now if you make him your Lord and savior. And Shi Heng, I don't know if your listening to this, but the Lord loves you so much and he died for you so that he could take the death we all deserve. This day, an olive branch is offered to you from Him that you repent of your sins and give your life to Christ! I promise it's worth it. It is the best decision anyone could ever make in their life. If you really want to see the true meaning of life, please give him a try. I promise he won't let you down. Hope you and everyone else here are having a blessed day. Amen😇
