He is acknowledging that he has already been the king and considers himself a retro act. He feels like he is bringing back the old vibe just like how Jordan packs were brought back. Jay Z is highlighting that he has new money, but a lot of people are looking down on him. Blue bloods are trying to clown on him, but he is not going to let that affect his confidence.
