Jazzimodo’s lyrics, in Spanish, English and French, convey simple messages, dealing with everyday life, sensations and thoughts, thereby demonstrating the global character of this music, a music which is not limited by borders, but still keeps its own identity and, most importantly, an innovative spirit.
At the same time, and with that same universal character, Jazzimodo is able to reach people of all nationalities, ages, and musical tastes, with their music and intense shows, when the stage is overtaken with colorful lights, dance and virtuosic playing.
The members of Jazzimodo come from the jazz scene, all carrying vast experience in this genre; their skills, talent and creativity combine to create the unique fusion that is Jazzimodo.
Lautaro Quevedo, composer and keyboardist, who is also in charge of his machine set (hundreds of wires, switches and numbers), is always willing to leave this laboratory aside and devote himself to playing mellow harmonies, textures and noises on the keyboard or jazzy solos on the Rhodes or Hammond.
The base is followed by Hans Avila (drummer), who maintains the beat of all these loops and tempos, never loosing the sparkling sound of his acoustic drums, whether making drum’n’bass insertions or putting his music over a monotone house beat, he also gives the base a fresh character with his own solo jazz style.
And the final element, a fundamental part of Jazzimodo is singer and composer Paz Court, who conveys such expressive warmth in her singing and delivers her melodies, phrases and movements with a smooth ludic character, her voice slips into this digital-physical circuit and creates a perfect blend of the different components.
Always maintaining impeccable execution, with top level sidemen and guest artists, Jazzimodo is proud to count on bass players like Nelson Arriagada, Andres Landon and Roberto Trujillo, as well as great guest musicians such as Agustin Moya, sax; Sebastian Jordan, trumpet; Ernesto ”Chino" Kong on guitar, among others.
Jazzimodo is a huge dynamic source of continuous energy; it will only grow from here.

te Quero probar
la curiosidad la siento en mi lengua
Cual es tu sabor dulce loly pop
Quero mordisquear
cada pedacito.
caramelo
delicioso obsesión y deseo.
Déjame tener un poco de ti
que mejor que mi
toque mi boca
que sensualidad que tienes tu
ya no puedo mas de calor me muero
En mis sueño estas
caramelo...
delicioso obsesión y deseo
y si al despertar
caramelo
Yo te busco quizás
te encuentro
la tra tra tra
na na na na na
ja ja ja ja ja
Corazón de miel
te quero probar
la curiosidad la siento en mi lengua
cual es tu sabor dulce loly pop
Quero mordisquear
cada pedacito
en mis sueño estas

delicioso obsesión y deseo

The song "Caramelo" by Jazzimodo talks about a desire to taste something sweet and delicious. The singer sings about wanting to taste the sweetness of someone's heart, using imagery of candy and lollipops to express their desire. The lyrics suggest that the singer is so consumed by their curiosity and desire for this sweet taste that they cannot contain themselves. They dream about this sweet flavor and obsess over it, wanting nothing more than to enjoy it.
The chorus of the song repeats the words "en mis sueños estas, caramelo" which translates to "in my dreams you are, candy." This phrase is repeated several times, emphasizing the singer's deep desire for this sweet taste. The second half of the song speaks about the possibility of finding this sweet taste in real life, even if it starts out as just a dream.
The song has a sensual and romantic feel to it, and the lyrics use candy as a metaphor for desire and passion. The singer is expressing their longing for someone, comparing them to a sweet treat that they cannot resist.
