The second verse further establishes the visceral love Jeffree has for his lover. He mentions that every time they kiss, he tastes blood and is lost in his lover's gaze. He holds his breath, waiting for his lover to love him to death, fully acknowledging that he is in love with a killer. The bridge of the song is particularly gruesome, as Jeffree admits that his heart can be stabbed a million times, and he will still lick up his blood and smile.
