I have a firm and determined mindset, but also possess a lot of hope, aspiration and imaginative qualities in my heart.

I don’t finish everything that I start,
Sometimes, I start projects with good intentions, but lack the motivation to see them through to completion.

I’m easily mad, quick to the draw,
I tend to become angry easily, and can be quick to react impulsively.

Slow to give in when it’s all my fault.
Even when I know that I am to blame for something, I find it difficult to admit and surrender to the situation.

But she’s on my side through all my stubborn pride.
Despite my many shortcomings, she always stands by my side, even when I'm being difficult due to my own pride and stubbornness.

It’s hard enough to give your heart to someone
It's challenging, difficult and scary to open up and trust someone with your heart, emotionally and physically.

It’s hard enough to get back the same.
It's just as formidable to make sure that the person you're giving your heart to, reciprocates with the same feelings and emotions.

It’s hard enough to find your own angel
It can be a strenuous struggle to find someone with the qualities of an angel (compassionate, caring, loving etc), who is able to love and cherish you unconditionally.

It’s hard enough to make her stay.
Once you do find someone with these angelic qualities, it can be an immense challenge to make sure they choose to stay with you and continue to love you.
