Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

And the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
And it doesn't show signs of stoppin'
And I brought corn for poppin'
With the lights turned way down low
And the fire is slowly dyin'
And we are still good-byin'
But as long as you love me so
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
Let it snow, let it snow
(Let it snow now, let it snow, let it snow)
Now here's fire calling
Let the snow keep fallin' down
The lyrics of Jim Brickman's song "Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!" narrate the cozy winter scene of the singer watching snow fall from a window. With a fire burning and nothing to do, the singer admits to enjoying the snowfall and encourages it to keep coming. As the snow intensifies, the singer suggests making popcorn as a snack, with the lights turned low to set the mood. The fire eventually burns out, and the singer and their companion continue saying their goodbyes as the snow keeps falling. However, the singer will not mind the cold if their loved one stays nearby.
The song portrays the warmth and comfort that is felt while curled up inside while the cold snow is falling outside. The lyrics highlight the beauty of winter, the charm of snowfall, and the importance of love even during the darkest months. The song is a classic example of a winter song celebrating the season when many find themselves confined indoors. The lyrics also emphasize the calmness that comes with the snowfall as the outside world halts due to the snow, leaving the characters in the song to be in their own little world.
