Guthrie first made a name for himself by releasing a series of self-produced cassettes, and subsequently released albums on Three Gut Records. He was nominated for a Juno Award for his album Now, More Than Ever. His song "Hands in My Pocket" appeared in a television commercial for Capital One's Canadian branch in 2005.

For a coaster building game, this song is surprisingly emotional. I well up with tears every time I listen to that beginning part, it's so beautiful and inspiring. This is 100% my favorite song in this OST by far, and I'm really happy I'm not the only one who thinks that. The entire game's soundtrack is named after this piece so I'd say the composers and Frontier loved it too.

I found this song just before Unus Annus ended through Spotify's "Weekly Discover" playlist. This song is very bittersweet, which reflects perfectly with how I feel about the death of Unus Annus. I don't think there could have been a better time for me to find this song.

A slower and more somber song in the list, but amazing like all the rest. It's great for the slow passing of building a park, it helps calm the mind down and allows creativity to flow more freely. The sound track of the game really makes you want to play for hours on end, and just letting your worries go and let your imagination run free.

There was a game from 2006 called Thrillville. It was one of Frontier's first theme park management games, and you played from the perspective of the new manager in third person, walking around the park; talking to customers, playing the games, riding the rides, it was a fantastic game. It also got a sequel in 2007. This game was easily one of the biggest parts of my childhood.

Frontier wouldn't return to the theme park management genre until 2016 (I don't count Screamride), when they released this masterpiece of a game. This was easily the biggest nostalgia throwback I had ever experienced. Planet Coaster was the only game that I bought without any hesitation. I didn't even look at the reviews. I opened up this game and messed around a bit in the sandbox, and holy hell. I felt right at home. This was the theme park management game of my dreams.

Roller Coaster Tycoon never did grasp me, something about it was always just... artificial to me. But this game. This game hit differently. Every time I hear the calming soundtrack, I get slapped in the face with nostalgia. Not strictly nostalgia from this game, nostalgia dating all the way back to 2007 when I first played Thrillville.

This is one of the best games I've ever played. It's so incredibly immersive, and the possibilities are endless. There will never, ever be another game like this.

this reminds me of preschool as it was a long time ago i just remember so many vivid moments and i was just so happy and sad but just free to fly and not getting in trouble for making some big mistakes i just wish i could go back and make things that werent so good better so i wouldnt have to suffer but now that i think about it is crazy how its been so long from then and nap time just the soft and dreamful music as im still pretty young it also reminds me of leaving six flags i i just get in all the fun i had on the rides and i just wish i dont have to deal with all the sad and dreadful moments that happen i just wish life could be perfect but thats what makes life life that its not normal and just sometimes i think about what it would be like to be somone else or somthing different its just really sad to think about all the good and bad memories i had and moving from one place to another i was petrified i just wasnt so happy but now i moved and im happy maybe not as happy as i was but still pretty happy but all of those that are still young like me enjoy it because when youre grwon it wont be as free to fly anymore so just enjoy bing the person that you are who cares if you dont fit in just be happy the way you are, Thanks Frontier

I remember when I first saw this game I fell in love. I was watching a youtuber named Variable and I could not stop watching. I got my dad to buy me it before christmas. I would play this game for hours every day. When I'm building in the game I always here this song. Everytime I go to a theme park this song pops up in my heart. There is another version of this song in the game. It's much slower, softer and more haunting. Almost like an echo of this song.
My Mom passed a week ago, and during her final days I found myself constantly zoned out just starting at the screen list in thoughts while playing PlanCo. This song would eventually play, and every time it did, it seemed more and more to describe everything I was going through. It really helped me and I wish I could find it somewhere

Every iteration is the same piece.. but an instrument joins in every iteration of the piece. Can anyone pls tell me what this is called in music theory ? I think this is the same technique that was used in little fugue by bach.. Amazing soundtrack tho.
