There it is
Walkin' down the street one day yeah
Doin' nothin'
Saw this woman
Really somethin'
I say this woman
So fine
I want you bay, bay yeah
To be mine
You got potential
In my life
You got potential
In my life yeah

Beautiful woman
I got you now
At least you got me bay, bay, yeah
Any how
'Cause you got potential
In my life
You got potential
In my life
Potential
Potential
Potential
In my life

The word's potential
P-O-T-E-N-T-I-A-L
No matter how fast you say it
How slow you say it
Swiftly
Slowly
It still means the same thing

I loved growing up listening to The Jimmy Castor Bunch in Harlem. His sound was very reflective of the time with the changes in Jazz moving towards electric instrumentation, the R&B appeal, the development of Rock guitarist and the new emerging genre Funk that could mix these styles together and evolve into something fresh and vibrant. Jimmy brought all of these sounds in addition to his N.Y.C. flavor and created a powerful band that brought it to there live performances. Jimmy's command on multiple instruments (particularly saxophone) along with his compositional skills is what sustained the bands success. More than a recipe for Potential 😁. Thank you for sharing your gifts JC, you are truly missed. R.I.P./R.I.H.

CAN IT BE 38 YEARS SINCE THIS GEM WAS RELEASED ? GOD BLESS SLAYD5K FOR POSTING PEACE & LOVE FROM LONDON

@mikemccord3895

I still have this album. I can only say one thing....why don't we hear this and other old "skool" songs like it on the radio? These songs are still relevant. The reason is that radio stations are not played by DJ's but "program directors" for "craporations" that are put on "rotation" of a few songs.
