Mekakucity_Days by Jin (じん), also known as Shizen no Teki-P (自然の敵P), is a Japanese musician, producer, lyricist, novelist, and screenwriter best known for his Kagerou Project mixed-media franchise. He was born on October 20, 1990 in Rishiri Island, Hokkaido. He is also known for making Vocaloid IA's demo song Headphone Actor.

AS FOR THIS STORY :

First you need to know that this whole story has 10 main characters: Shintarou, Ene, Ayano, Marry, Kido, Kano, Seto, Hibiya(Hiyori), Haruka(Konoha) and Momo.
Second thing to know is that this story is a time loop. It ends badly, one of the characters rewinds time and it starts again. So even in the songs, you can see some multiple storylines being shown.
Third thing is eye power - red eyes. When 2 die at 15th August, they get sucked to Heat Haze World, only one person can get out, gaining eye power.

Now, this is mostly release order, not fully (be wary of spoilers, if you don't wanna get spoiled, just follow the song order and don't read my description):
1) Children Record - opening song with all characters. good to check again later, will make more sense.

What I think is true;
>Hiyori died first setting her and hibiya into the loop
>both of them try to save each other but the loop continues (if you saw the previous songs and shinigami records it would probably make more sense)
>finally hibiya sacrificed himself to save her ending the loop
>at this point he gets his eye power and hiyori dies
(the clone = his heat haze)

>Hiyori was revived in the end by Konoha's wish to the snake

But I was kinda hoping Jin would show more on Hibiya and Hiyori at the end. Was kinda rooting for Hibiya...

When you realize that this kid had only 3 time to realize he can go back in time, but Subaru ( Re: zero) had 5 times and still didn’t understand until the sixth.
