One Last Soul
Joe Bonamassa Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

You were born in a jet stream
Down in south Caroline
Got a role in the big scheme
Now you're ready to shine

You're the one last soul
Who can win it
You're the one last soul
If you try
You're the one last soul
If you live it
You're the one last soul
Tell you why

And if you feel
What you got
You can give it
One last soul
Make me cry
You're the one last soul
Who can win it
You're the one last soul
If you try

Now you burn
Like a freight train
You're a bird on a wire
See you drivin' me insane
And I couldn't get higher

You're the one last soul
Who can win it
You're the one last soul
If you try
You're the one last soul
If you live it
You're the one last soul
Tell you why

And if you feel
What you got
You can give it
One last soul
Make me cry
You're the one last soul
Who can win it
You're the one last soul
If you try

And if you feel
What you got
You can give it
One last soul
Make me cry
You're the one last soul
Who can win it

You're the one last soul
If you try

É muito bom ver Glenn novamente cantando e tocando demais, assim como um Bonham na batera. Como é bom nossos ouvidos merecem esses talentos

Glenn Hughes is nothing short of a... huge rocker! Partially "hidden" behind his ass-kicking bass-playing, he has a colossal voice . Thank you, Rocker!

I saw these at Notodden, the worlds largest and best ;) blues festival some 36 hours ago - FKIN AWESOME!!! I had NO idea what I was going to watch but it literally blew my boots off and I laughed so much in awe and disbelief. Honestly regret I didn't see the end before I went to Eric Burdon. (btw I have loads of heavier music but this was just too awesome live) I also saw Beth Hart and Blues Brothers (real deal) but BCC was my best memory (and that's a fkin high standard, also considering main

Just bought this album, fabulous stuff. I always loved Glenn's voice in his Deep Purple days, his contribution to Strombringer made it the great album it is.
